Hello! My name is Tim Holden I am a psychotherapist & mindfulness teacher working in Dublin and online.
As a therapist I work to support clients to explore their difficulties as deeply as possible, helping them move towards greater self understanding and freedom. I also help people to develop the practical skills needed to address specific issues such as anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, and addiction.
As a mindfulness teacher I teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), tailormade trainings for the workplace, and am available for one to one mindfulness sessions.

Therapy
I provide one to one therapy for adults. I work online, in the Dublin 2, and in Dundrum. Therapy may be able to help with a range of issues including anxiety, low mood, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, low self esteem, loss and more. The first step is to book an initial session, this is an opportunity to meet so you can decide for yourself if you would be comfortable working together. The most important element of therapy is a good collaborative relationship, so it is important to find a good fit.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is an approach to mental health that emphasises learning from our own experience and connecting with our own deep inner resources for healing, resilience, creativity, and insight. I have trained in several mindfulness based approaches namely Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
